central stores

Central Stores is the warehouse to all University locations and supplies nearly 9,000 items, including office, maintenance, and laboratory products. Central Stores also provides numerous services to the University, including shipping and receiving, the surplus program, department moves, and other assistance.

Document Production Center

The Document Production Center provides expertise in producing University printed communications. Services offered by the Document Production Center include expedited printing, graphic design, copying, binding, and mail preparation services.

Motor Pool

The mission of Motor Pool is to ensure all University motor vehicles are maintained per manufacturer and University safety regulations; make all vehicle repairs safely and efficiently; and provide University customers with the best parts and service possible.

Parking Services

Parking Services is committed to providing effective parking solutions for University students, employees, and visitors. The Parking Services Office manages all parking activities on campus including the assignment of parking permits, the administration of parking citations, the operations of the parking garages, and the maintenance of all parking areas.

The mission of Campus Sign Service is to ensure all University Signs communicate a clear and consistent identity to our external audiences. Visual identity standards, which are applicable to the entire University, are critical to achieving this objective. Campus Sign Service represents and provides University customers with the best service possible.

Transportation Services

Transportation Services operates an extensive of shuttle buses, accessible vans, and small vehicles for University students, faculty, employees and visitors. Transportation Services also offers pay-as-you-go shuttles to Bradley Airport, Union Station in Hartford, and the New London Ferry Terminal.

Mail Services

University Mail Services is the primary contact for University business conducted with the United States Postal Service (USPS). University Mail Services collects and distributes USPS mail for the University. University Mail Services also collects and distributes internal University mail.
